Vinglacé offers free Ground shipping on qualified orders over $50.00 that are shipped in the contiguous United States only. We do not offer free shipping to US territories outside of the contiguous United States (these U.S. Territories include, among others, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands).

We make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible. Express/Expedited orders should be placed by 11:00 AM CT, for quickest delivery. Expedited orders placed after 11:00 AM CT will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. Some expedited options may not be available in all areas.

OUR RETURN POLICY
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your VINGLACÉ products as we are. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days. Customized products are not eligible for returns. For products purchased directly from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
DETAILS OF THE VINGLACÉ RETURN POLICY:
You can return your product(s) up to 30 days after the original purchase date. All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging. If possible, please include a copy of the original receipt of purchase. A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving your authorized and returned product. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.
If you’re returning an item beyond 30 days of the original date of purchase, you may exchange the item for another VINGLACÉ item. All merchandise must be undamaged and returned in the original packaging. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. No refunds will be given on merchandise returned 30 days after the original purchase date.
