Recent news reports suggest that online shopping is expected to reach record highs this holiday season. As a result, shipping carriers will experience larger-than-usual volume this holiday season, which may lead to carrier shipping delays and packages being delivered later than expected.

As our valued customer, we want to share this information with you as early as possible so that you can make informed holiday shopping decisions.  We encourage you to shop early this holiday season to ensure that you and your loved ones receive their gifts on time.

While we can’t control the carriers, we are doing our best to control what we can in order to give you the best shopping experience possible this holiday season. Below is a list of actions we are taking:

1.  Announcements - We will have holiday shipping timelines listed on the site and within certain marketing emails to serve as a friendly reminder of the shipping challenges this holiday season.
2.  Shipping Cutoff Communication - Please find our current shipping cutoff times below to receive your order by December 24, 2021:
  •  Personalized/Engraved Products: 12/07/2021
  •  Standard Shipping: 12/15/2021
  •  Overnight Shipping: 12/21/2021 
3. Extended Returns & Exchanges - Any purchases made between November 1, 2021 and December 25, 2021 will be eligible for a full refund or exchange for 60 days after the purchase date. You can shop with confidence this holiday season, knowing there will be more than enough time for returns, if needed.
4.  Shop Early - While we will do our best to communicate expected arrival dates and shipping cutoffs with you, there is no way to accurately predict the impact on shipping carriers. The best way to guarantee that you receive your package by Christmas is to shop as far ahead as possible.
